an irregular limestone region with sinkholes, underground streams, and caverns
Karst Brewing is located in part of the midwest referred to as the Driftless Area. During the last ice age, this area escaped glaciation resulting in the preservation of unique ecological and geological characteristics. Karst is one of these.

Indoor seating available at 50% capacity. Chair space reflects capacity. If all chairs are taken, you are welcome outdoors. We will have the fire places going all winter. Covid 19 social distancing and mask requirements are still in effect.

Karst has snack items for sale- cheese & crackers, chips & salsa, bag snacks, nuts, beef sticks and more. You are welcome to bring in your own food as well, either from home or from an area restaurant. We have food trucks twice a month in the summer.
Dogs are allowed on the patio as long as they keep their owner leashed and on his/her best behavior. We have a new grassy area for dogs too!
